GOSHEN - Two former Goshen High School coaches pleaded not guilty Tuesday in connection with a party where a photograph was taken of a partially nude coach and cheerleader.

Goshen Superintendent Charlene Thomas said that the school board fired 19-year-old assistant coach Andrew Emerson for hosting the party and 19-year-old freshman cheerleader coach Victoria Schattauer for allegedly providing alcohol to a freshman at the party.

Victoria Schattauer, 19, of Loveland, and Andrew Emerson, 19, of Blanchester were arraigned in Clinton County Municipal Court in Wilmington. Schattauer is charged with contributing to the unruliness of a child in connection with a photo she allegedly snapped of herself and a 15-year-old freshman cheerleader topless during an Oct. 20 party at Emerson's Blanchester home.
Emerson is charged with providing an alcoholic beverage to the Goshen Township girl during the party. Both charges are misdemeanors.

Both assistant coaches were fired and the freshman could also be disciplined.
